At Safety Is A Mindset, we are committed to providing high-quality emergency response and workplace safety training. Because our services involve instructor scheduling, travel, and limited seating, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. In-Person & Onsite Training Classes

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled in-person or onsite training session, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations 7+ Days Before: Full refund minus a [10-15%] administrative processing fee.
  • Cancellations 3-6 Days Before: 50% refund or a one-time credit to reschedule within 90 days.
  • Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours / No-Shows: No refund will be issued. The full cost of the training is forfeited as instructor and travel costs have already been committed.

2. Online & Digital Courses

  • Before Accessing: If you purchased an online course but have not yet logged in or accessed the course materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • After Accessing: Once a course has been accessed, started, or completed, it is considered “consumed.” No refunds or credits will be issued for digital products.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that emergencies happen.

  • Participants may request to reschedule a class once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the start time.
  • Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a $[Amount] fee.

4. Course Cancellations by Safety Is A Mindset

In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or extreme weather:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible via email/phone.
  • You will have the choice of a 100% full refund or a priority seat in the next available session.
