“Safety Is A Mindset delivered AVIRT training at our shipyard. The instructors understood the unique challenges of our environment—tight spaces, loud noises, and a large workforce. The team left feeling genuinely empowered.”

As of August 2025, our active violence program has evolved from AVERT (Active Violence Emergency Response Training) to AVIRT (Active Violence Immediate Response Training). The new curriculum places greater emphasis on immediate action, bleeding control, and adapting to a wider range of threats. All Mobile clients now receive the latest HSI-approved AVIRT training. Our founders—Brandon and Travis Beaver—bring experience from the U.S. Navy (Corpsman) and firefighting. This means every AVIRT, CPR, or OSHA class is infused with real‑world stories and decision‑making under pressure. We don’t just teach slides; we create muscle memory.
