Brandon S. Beaver founded Safety Is A Mindset and its parent company, Beaver Incorporated, LLC, to give employers training that sticks. As a safety professional and educator, he combines what he learned running large operations with what he sees on emergency calls today. His classes are direct, practical and built around the idea that culture drives safe behavior more reliably than policy alone.
His career has three distinct chapters: operational leadership in finance, safety leadership in high-volume manufacturing, and frontline emergency response. Each one shows up in how he teaches.

Training Philosophy: From Compliance to Culture
Brandon's view is that a compliance checklist is the minimum, not the destination. In manufacturing he saw that the sites with the fewest incidents were the ones where operators spoke up, corrected each other and owned their work areas. Those habits came from leadership and repetition, not from posters.
He brings that thinking to every engagement. Sessions use examples drawn from the client's own operation, invite questions from the floor and end with skills practice. Employers often pair his instructor-led work with onsite safety training services for the whole workforce and self-paced online courses for refreshers.
