As the founder of Safety Is A Mindset and Beaver Incorporated, LLC, Brandon combines deep operational expertise with motivational leadership to educate, inspire, and protect teams nationwide—from manufacturing floors to construction sites, schools to corporate offices.

Brandon’s extensive background spans critical roles in manufacturing safety leadership, emergency medical response, and logistics management. For nearly 14 years, he served in progressive safety leadership positions at Niagara Bottling, one of the largest beverage manufacturers in the United States. As Manufacturing Technology Manager for Safety, he led continuous improvement initiatives across multiple high-volume production facilities—driving regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and lasting culture transformation aligned with OSHA standards and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Currently serving as an Emergency Medical Responder and Firefighter for the Chidester, Arkansas Fire Department, Brandon brings authentic, real-world rescue experience, emergency medical care, CPR/AED application, and fire safety expertise into every training classroom and safety consultation. This isn’t theoretical knowledge—it’s hands-on experience from actual emergency scenes where seconds determine outcomes and proper training saves lives.

Brandon is a certified CPR/First Aid/AVIRT Instructor through the Health & Safety Institute (HSI), holding Master Certification in OSHA Safety and Health along with extensive specialized training in Risk Management, Emergency Response Operations, and Industrial Safety Systems. His certifications include AVIRT (Active Violence Immediate Response Training), AHA CPR/AED instruction, Stop the Bleed hemorrhage control, and OSHA 10/30-hour authorized training.

Earlier in his career, Brandon spent over a decade as Vice President of Logistics at Washington Mutual Bank, where he sharpened his operational excellence and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial services environment—learning to balance compliance requirements with efficiency and employee development.
