With over 30 years of proven leadership experience, Brandon S. Beaver is a highly accomplished Safety Professional and Educator, dedicated to building safer workplaces through a culture-first approach. As the founder of Safety is a Mindset and Beaver Incorporated, LLC, Brandon blends deep operational expertise with motivational leadership to educate, inspire, and protect teams nationwide.

Brandon’s background spans key roles in manufacturing, emergency response, and logistics management. For nearly 14 years, he served in safety leadership positions at Niagara Bottling, one of the largest beverage manufacturers in the U.S. As Manufacturing Technology Manager for Safety, he led continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities—driving compliance, engagement, and lasting culture change aligned with OSHA and Lean Six Sigma standards.

Currently serving as an Emergency Medical Responder and Firefighter for the Chidester, AR Fire Department, Brandon brings real-world rescue, CPR, and fire safety experience into every classroom and consultation. He is a certified CPR/First Aid/AVIRT Instructor through the Health & Safety Institute (HSI), with a Master Certification in OSHA Safety and Health and extensive training in Risk Management and Operations.

Earlier in his career, Brandon spent over a decade as Vice President of Logistics at Washington Mutual Bank, sharpening his operational and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
