School Safety Training Online for Every Staff Role
Self-paced courses that fit planning periods and in-service days — so teachers, nurses, custodians, drivers and office staff each learn the safety topics their job actually involves.
Staff Are the First Responders on Every Campus
When a student collapses in the gym, a fire alarm sounds during lunch or a stranger tries a locked door, the people who respond first are teachers, aides, front office staff and custodians. Emergency services are on the way, but the opening minutes belong to the adults already in the building.
Our school safety training online prepares those adults for the risks they face, from emergency procedures to the everyday hazards of cleaning chemicals, heat on the practice field and lifting in the cafeteria. Courses run 24/7 on any device and produce a completion record for each employee, which makes campus-by-campus tracking simple.

Online Courses Plus Hands-On Sessions
Online training builds understanding of roles and procedures, which makes drills smoother and less frightening. It does not replace the drills your district is required to run, and some skills simply need hands-on practice. Many states, Texas among them, require districts to maintain emergency operations plans and conduct drills; check your state's specific requirements.
For practical skills we offer live sessions: AHA CPR and AED certification for nurses, coaches and designated responders, and active violence response through AVIRT for K-12 schools or AVIRT for colleges and universities, which include Stop the Bleed bleeding control. Onsite sessions are delivered across Texas and neighboring states and quoted on request elsewhere.

School Safety Training FAQs
Can teachers complete training during the school year?
Yes. Courses are self-paced and work on phones, tablets and computers, so staff can complete them during planning time, in-service days or at home.
Does online training replace emergency drills?
No. Drills remain essential and are often required. Online courses help staff understand their roles so drills run better.
Do you work with colleges and universities?
Yes. Faculty, lab and facilities staff use the same online library, and live programs are available for campuses. See higher education safety training.
Is there training for school leadership?
Administrators who own the emergency plan often add our active shooter response planning service alongside staff courses.
