Our online safety training courses are short, focused modules on a single topic — hazard communication, ladder safety, phishing, harassment prevention and so on. Each one explains the risk, shows what safe practice looks like and checks understanding before the learner finishes.
Employees can start on a phone during a break, pause and pick up later on a laptop, and finish whenever their schedule allows. When they complete a course, a completion record is generated for your files. You choose which courses each group takes, and we help you build that list during a free needs assessment.

What Online Training Can and Cannot Do
We are an in-person training company as much as an online one, so we will be straight with you. Online courses are excellent for knowledge: what a label means, how a lockout program works, how to spot a phishing email. They are not a substitute for practicing physical skills under an instructor's eye.
Where you still need a live instructor
American Heart Association CPR certification requires a hands-on skills check, so the CPR certification course is taught in person. The same goes for bleeding control and AVIRT active shooter training, and for OSHA 10 and 30 outreach cards, which we teach live.
Where OSHA expects more than a course
Several OSHA standards require site-specific information or hands-on evaluation in addition to general training — powered industrial truck operators need a practical evaluation, and bloodborne pathogens training must include a chance to ask questions of a knowledgeable person. Online modules cover the general portion; your site adds the rest. We will flag these cases when we build your plan.

Online Course Questions
Do online courses count toward OSHA training requirements?
They can cover the general training portion of many standards. Where a standard also requires site-specific content, a practical evaluation or interactive Q&A, you will need to add that piece; we will tell you when it applies.
Do learners receive a certificate?
Each completed course produces a completion record you can download and keep. These are not AHA or OSHA outreach cards, which require our live classes.
How long does each course take?
It depends on the topic; most are designed to be finished in a single sitting, and every course can be paused and resumed.
Is there a minimum number of learners?
No. You can start with one person. Volume pricing improves as enrollment grows, with group discounts from 10 participants.
