Why Industry Safety Training Beats Generic Courses
A generic course teaches the rule. Industry-focused training shows people where the rule applies on their own shift: the forklift aisle with poor sightlines, the teller line nearest the door, the confined space nobody likes to enter. Employees remember lessons tied to places they recognize.
Our founder spent roughly 14 years leading safety in high-volume manufacturing before becoming a firefighter and EMR, and our medical instructor trained as a Navy Hospital Corpsman. Together they have seen how hazards differ from one workplace to the next, and they rebuild scenarios for each client rather than reusing one script.

AVIRT Adapted for Every Sector
Active Violence Immediate Response Training is the program we customize most heavily. The core stays the same in every version: situational awareness, a decision framework for evacuating, securing or defending, and Stop the Bleed hemorrhage control. What changes is the setting. A school drill involves children and classroom doors; a refinery drill involves long distances to the gate and delayed EMS.
