Mississippi has no State Plan, so private employers fall under federal OSHA. Tennessee's TOSHA covers the Memphis side of the metro, so multistate employers should check which rules apply to each building.

Online courses can be assigned immediately. Onsite sessions in Mississippi are quoted on request, and group discounts start at 10 participants.
Does online forklift training certify an operator by itself?
No. It covers the formal instruction portion. OSHA also requires hands-on practice and a workplace evaluation by a qualified person.
