Federal OSHA, PESH and city rules
Private employers in the five boroughs fall under federal OSHA. New York State's PESH program covers public employees, including city agencies. On top of that, the city has its own construction requirements: the Department of Buildings' Site Safety Training (SST) rules require many construction workers and supervisors to hold SST cards from DOB-approved providers. Our OSHA outreach courses teach the underlying hazards, but they are not a substitute for SST, so check DOB requirements for your sites.

In tall buildings, help can take minutes to reach upper floors. Trained CPR/AED responders on every floor, practiced evacuation roles and a clear plan for an active violence incident make the biggest difference. Will an OSHA 30 card get my worker onto an NYC construction site?
It may count toward NYC's Site Safety Training hours only under DOB's rules, and SST cards themselves come from DOB-approved providers. Check the current DOB guidance before relying on OSHA cards alone.
Do you have a New York office?
No. We are based in East Tawakoni, Texas. Online courses work everywhere, and onsite NYC sessions are quoted on request.
How fast can we train a new hotel opening team?
Online modules can be assigned the day staff are hired. Hands-on CPR and AVIRT sessions are scheduled once headcount is known.
